Well, Monday didn't go well - I had a small binge because I didn't deal with some emotional issues and I didn't figure it out until Monday night. Amazing how something is so obvious but we don't see it. I have been pretty annoyed with my BF and his sister (sister lives with us). I asked them NOT to buy Frosted Flakes because first off, the amount of sugar in them is ridiculous, his sister is a severe diabetic, and if I'm having a binge issue that day it's the first thing I reach for. I am not saying it's their fault I can't control myself - it's just for right now.
I just asked for 2 things: keep the chips upstairs, don't buy Frosted Flakes. I open the cupboard and what do I see? King size box of Frosted Flakes and a small box of Frosted Flakes with marshmallows. So Kellogg managed to take a sugar-filled cereal and make it even worse. Unreal. I guess I was just disappointed because I'm struggling and they didn't care enough to respect my request.
I ate a sleeve of Ritz crackers yesterday for lunch. I just got back from vacation and I don't have any good food ready in the house. That one's on me. So I went to physical therapy and it was a great workout. I felt much better afterwards and I got back on track for dinner. So today I faced the music and got on the scale.
There are going to be ups and downs. It's not perfect. I am happy that I was able to get back on track!

It’s hard when your living in a household that is not respecting your dietary needs & request. It’s just a little harder of a challenge but you can do this! 🎉 stay focused this is your health & body. It’s hard not to turn to food with emotional stress I feel you. I been that way my whole life. Some days are easier than others. Breathe- new day! I had a similar day. We had grandkids here for 3 days and we had a lot of extra snacks in the house. They ate really good and so did I

Today's a new day. Don't beat yourself (or your roommates) up about what happened yesterday. You're stronger than that box of Frosted Flakes. Just make an unbreakable rule in your mind that you WILL NOT have any because they're poisoning you. Good luck!

You are doing well on your own. I think I would just say, would you take the frosted flakes upstairs. Bet you forgot. If they don't, move them to a cabinet you don't go in. Stress is hard to deal with but you can definitely do it. 🤗😷🙏😎

Steal them a few times and they will probably start hiding them from you. J/k, it’s frustrating though. You can do it.
