I find it difficult to find the foods I am eating which leads to my frustation. This makes it difficult to continue. I do have my daughter who is also doing this which helps keep me on track.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
