Only just realised that 119lbs = 8st 4lbs. I am 8st 6lbs = 121lbs. But I am stll happy with that. Would be great to get to 8st 4lbs, but I know that is probably not achieveible. But, I never thought I would get to 8st 7 let alone 8 st 6. Happy much but craving sugary foods. This is typical of me. I am happy now, but still have mouth ulcers.
121.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
