Day 11 I continue to enjoy my journey. Yesterday the weather was nice and I got to take my dog walking. It has been too hot for him to walk. Pugs are very susceptible to the heat and we have hat 100+ days, but yesterday it was in the 80s.

Today I am working from home. I hope to go for a swim at lunch, if it doesn't rain.

Lunch will be broccoli slaw salad, salmon, and some fresh tomatos.
I think we will be having pork chops for supper.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 61.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
