Well here I go again! I just got back from a vacation and decided I do not want to take another vacation where I do not want to take pictures of myself with my family because I feel I am too fat... It is time to take better care of me. I am responsible for it, there is no magic diet book that will help me on this journey.. I cant keep buying them hoping for a miracle! I am the only one who can MAKE it happen.. the choice is mine and I have no one to blame for my weight gain so I have to take ownership of my health and start my journey again.. no matter how many times I fail, I will succeed at one point.. I just have to keep trying!

My food plan is to basic, reduce carbs and try to eliminate sugar and increase veggies and fruit. I would like to eat as clean as I can. For the next couple of days I will be watching what I eat and then this week-end I am going to make a meal plan so I can buy the foods I need at the grocery store to MAKE it all happen!
217.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
