Well back down again today lets see if it continues I've cut back on the yogurt and granola to see if that's it.... I get to reactivate my acct at LA Fitness today and start working out again yayyyyy
251.5 lb Lost so far: 65.5 lb.    Still to go: 51.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yup now if my son would straighten up and fly right all would be well! He was arrested today for probation violation of drinking, driving on a suspended and living outside the county without asking permission first... I told him to call his CCO and he wouldn't because he was afraid of getting arrested now he's back in jail anyway! I have to remind myself that he is only 20 and I was almost 24 before I got clean and sober!
