Day 8. Starting week 2 with a good attitude and happy to report 6 pounds down from my start. I have a LONG way to go, but I have the knowledge that this journey while long is possible.

My plan for today is simple. Granola bar and diet coke for breakfast. I will be on the road today for work, so probably a subway sandwich (I don't like subway but in the small towns I will be in the choices are very limited), and turkey manwich, french fries and spinach salad or some veggie for supper.
I will swim or walk this evening, as there will be no time to walk during lunch. Lunch will be eaten in the car as I'm driving. Not good, but the only way to get everything accomplished as I have 3 towns to work in today with a total of 4 hours of drive time. That only gives
me 4 hours to work even if I drive during lunch because the court houses will close at 4:30.
