Yesterday I was tracking but then of course I stopped because I saw my boyfriend. For lunch I hate a 418g spring roll. I couldn't find one to input on here though, the next time I eat them I'm going to have to get it and take it apart and record it. It sucks because the only one on here was for one that was fried. It was raw salmon and veggies in a rice paper roll. Withe that I had about.31 oz of soy sauce, .23 oz ginger, and later 23g of peanut butter. Then we went and walked up and down 2nd street and ended up at one of the italian restaurants. I had about 6 oz of sweet red wine, part of a salad swimming in oil and vinegar, a piece and a half of pizza crust which was suppose to be the side bread. I had some parmesan cheese sprinkled on the salad. I had a stromboli, probably a little more than half? Then I ended up with 2-3 pillow mints and a good handful of jelly belly buttered popcorn jelly beans. I'm not disappointed with being the same weight though, better than going up. :-)
193.0 lb Lost so far: 77.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
