Gym Orientation yesterday was great.....owwwwwww.....
165.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So glad to hear it! Waking up sore tells you that you're doing it right. All that soreness is new muscle developing, and more muscle burns more fat. I just got done doing my kettle bell routine and I'll be feeling like you are now when I wake up tomorrow. You learn to love it lol
