Down two more pounds. I couldn't resist. I HAD to put my weigh in on here. Seriously, I LOVE phase 1. I'm just sad that it'll have to end, but this is such a good running start. :) OH< and I totally love doing the total body workout that comes in the Supercharged book. Makes me feel pumped out, without all the intense sweating.. and it's a good way to warm up considering it's only 20 degrees out, and the cold air is creeping into this (once garage) craftroom/office.

I've got some reading to do, and then off to make some lunch. :)

Be cautious in phase 2, don't jump too quickly. Use your glycemic index. Chose the lowest food choices on teh index as you introduce them and introduce very slowly till you can see how your body reacts to each one. You are totally kicking it! way to go!
