910 kcal Fat: 31.68g | Prot: 93.52g | Carb: 63.82g.   Breakfast:  Boiled Egg, Breakstone's 2% Milkfat Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Great Value Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. Lunch: Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Great Value Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water (Low Sodium),  Baby Spinach,  Broccoli Flower Clusters, Publix Red Bell Pepper,  Radishes. Dinner: Wyman's Fresh Frozen Wild Blueberries,  Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes),  Red Delicious Apples, Breakstone's 2% Milkfat Lowfat Cottage Cheese. more...
