Yipee!!! She's going back down. Just the boost I needed. Food, water , exercise, PMS, whatever, I am on track. I can do this. So can YOU!!!
217.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
