I've been sick since last tuesday..and haven't been able to get to the gym..I feel a little better today..I am hoping I stay this way and that I am able to get there tonight..I need some energy!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
