One week since starting at the gym, and only 3 days into strictly following a nutritional, low-calorie diet, and I'm already down almost 2 pounds! WOOT!

So sore from racquetball today. Probably going to take it easy with some light cardio (if anything). Otherwise its a day of rest for me.
199.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
