Feeling very tearful, tired, disappointed and disheartened about my weight this week. I was working so hard to eat healthy and not exceed my daily allowance. 😭
227.5 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
