Okay so I was okay this week until wednesday (boyfriend day) and thursday (holiday). Wednesday I have the beginning recorded but then I left the house and had a piece of meat lovers pizza from pizza hut then went to the movies and shared a small popcorn and some of those chocolate covered raisins. Then I ended up at fridays and ended up having a grilled chicken cobb salad (around 580 calories) with some low fat balsamic vinaigrette. which all in all wasn't tooooooo bad. Thursday was a disaster. I did 4 9-10 minute yoga routines and then I had like at least a cup of potato salad and a like 2 ribs and one of my shrimp and veggie kabobs. Then I ate some raisin toast (I think over the course of the day I ate like 5 pieces), I had a big thing of frozen yogurt from yogurtland and then I had a salad side salad with bleu cheese dressing from fuddruckers. Then I came home and had some wine and 2 more ribs, 2 hunks of watermelon and a asiago and spinach sausage. ....yeah. So yesterday was suppose to be just clean eating but I was sleepy and slow and didn't feel well and pissed about having to come in to work so I ended up with like 2 donuts lol. Today I think I'll make more black bean burgers and I might be going out later so I'll start tracking and if I go off track I'll record all my badness here lol (side note I just changed my weight goal to 189 but I'm mad because before wednesday and thursday I weighed 191! :-(, oh well)
193.0 lb Lost so far: 77.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
