Moderate ketosis, appetite has disappeared apart from actual hunger. Does not take much to fill me up. Diet is going very well.

Fat IS the secret.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
