I will be interested to see how this plateau pans out. Right now I am guessing my body is getting used to the new diet. I am still working on regularity and hoping things will get back to normal. I am not eliminating like I am used to... but I am also not eating as much food as I used to. I sure feel lighter and better. At this point it is like losing two gig 5 lb. sugar sacks. That's a bunch.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
