Day 12: 153.6, 41.9bg, ketones positive. Didn't want to start weights yet but since I shouldn't do eliptcal again so few hours after I did, I'll do weights (don't I sound enthusiastic :)
153.6 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
