Whoop, whoop!! Back to 8st 8lbs!! Phew, was getting very upset with myself. Still got ulcers on my tougue and one on the back bottom tooth. Very painful. Been drinking loads of ginger tea and water. Eating well and fairly clean. A few nauthy nibbles bit surely that isn't enough to cause the ulcers. Oh well, hope it gets better.
