Darn, I'm up 2lbs...not the direction I want to go at all....not sure why this is happening, especially since I have lowered my calorie intake the last few days...but I still feel bloated for a few days now.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i hope you don't mind a random saying so, but i think you need to be upping your calories if you want to lose. lowering them as much as you have is going to put your body into starvation and it'll hang on to everything you eat. especially with all that exercise you're doing, you are expected to eat more to have more energy. you should go through the forums, they have a lot of information on these things. (:

That's a good point thanks! I am losing energy that's for sure. I have read about the body going into starvation mode...but didn't think that was where I was at...but you may be right. When I started off this diet and exercise I was losing a lot of weight on a regular basis and now it seems to have slowed down or almost stopped. I am trying to up my proteins and fiber and lower the carbs and watch cholestrol. I had a bad blood test report today on my cholesterol which is 265 and that is higher than it was when I started out. Thanks for the tip..and I will take heed of your suggestion.
