Ha! Lost a lb! Just need to shift another and I will be happy again. Still have ulcers :( drinking loads and eating as much veg and fruit as possible. Hope I can go home for lunch.
121.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
