Had a pinched nerve in my neck. I was surprised that I lost 6lbs. I had been struggling to get the weight off. I had been hovering around 232 for so long. I am just so happy that the scale has finally moved.
226.8 lb Lost so far: 87.2 lb.    Still to go: 91.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
