Full workout. Very frustrated!
186.4 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.7 lb a week

Calories in, calories out. Simple. We always think we burn more calories when we exercise than we actually do, and think we eat less calories than we actually do. I found that when you record your whole menu in the morning BEFORE you actually eat, you follow it more closely, instead of entering what you have already eaten.
