Feeling pretty good although many more days where I am hungry. Need to commit to exercise and more salads and fewer carbs. Anyway, I am where I was on New Year's day but I am going in the right direction and I don't absolutely hate myself.
300.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 50.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
