I remember this weight on the way up. I was so depressed I burst into tears and then bought Maccas breakfast on the way to work. Now I'm excited and going to the gym.
182.1 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
