Yay. Things are starting to happen. I know the first few kgs will drop quick and the rest will be hard and slow. But this is motivating. I actually feel pretty good too. Need to shed some more before i get my energy back. But this is really possible.
182.3 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
