Not a great loss, but I will take it! Slowly slowly.

I am going to keep tracking in my food journal as I haven't been doing it lately.
216.1 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 83.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 July 2020:
1482 kcal Fat: 78.50g | Prot: 52.85g | Carb: 138.92g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon ,  Frozen Cherries, Alpro Coconut Milk, Tesco Free From Pure Porridge Oats. Lunch: Peperami Original Peperami (22.5g). Dinner:  Frozen Cherries, Alpro Simply Plain, Tesco Mixed Bean Salad,  Keto Muffin. Snacks/Other: Whole Earth Smooth Organic Peanut Butter,  Cinnamon , Tesco Pink Lady Apples. more...

Omshawf, Thank you xx 🙂 It's not all bad! I lost quite a lot in my first week but the second week not as much. I am keeping positive and at it and I will not be giving in to temptation just yet!! 🤣😄 I find it difficult to exercise due to physical illnesses/disabilities but I have been trying to build up my core strength on a Vibration Platform. I think that it is helping. Take care xx

However it's possible. Staying active is the only survival. You are doing amazing. ☺️ I am mum of three kids. Life become very busy Around family. But need to stay focused now. It's getting harder. He he
