I don't really want to share this but it proves that there are highs and lows!
I am so disappointed....I can't believe how much I have put on in 1 week! I could cry.
I have recently started a new medication for my mental health and I was told that it was neutral for weight gain! They were wrong there!!
I will try to stay strong and fight the fight!
