Really good day yesterday. Hopefully it has kick started my metabolism. Just have to keep it up. End of day and feeling proud. Headachy this morning and hungry, read starving, when I woke up. But stuck with it, lemon juice and fruit. Then salad and tuna for lunch. Ate Renee's stir fry for tea but moderated the portions to only 600 cals. I think I can do this. Dry July bring it on. Wine = cravings. Remember that.
183.4 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 24.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
