changed from slimming world to Low carb as I was just not losing eating all those carbs, and the low low low fat, just didn't suit me, made me feel quite pale and drawn, loved all the fruit though!!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
