This increase is ok. I'm holding water and not having regular bowal movements. The diet is tending toward high sodium. I am starting to take some herbal "colon cleanse" to get things moving. Overall the diet is a probably a shock to my system and I am missing all the sugar. It's ok. Karen and I were able to predict this would happen. Expect a big down day soon.
