Yesterday was poo. I had no coffee and I think my body was trying to get energy so I felt hungry all day long and I just could not suppress it. So I believe I overate.

I need a good digital scale. Any suggestions?
156.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

i know you arent following weight watchers, but they do sell some really good scales. otherwise, mine is by a brand called Thinner. It works really well and gives you the pound and point. for ex. 145.7lbs. My folks have the same brand and love theirs too. MIne also can tell you body fat and such but i use it only for pounds. instead of coffee, try some tea. it might help curb the cravings and is good for you!
