Yesterday I walked the golf course with my Mom and DH, ended up being six miles, add that to the two I walked first thing that morning and I was exhaused...Felt great though!
224.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It was great, although very exhausting. After taking a shower though I pretty much relaxed for about an hour then got a second wind and continued organizing the house. I haven't posted anything yet but did lose about 1.5 pounds yesterday. I am very happy about that since a lose hasn't shown its face to much yet. It just shows though that eating right is good but I need to do more exercising if I really want to get the weight off. Really enjoyed being on the golf course with you both yesterday and my score wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Love you Mom
