Usual case of the Mondays. Im struggling to work out and keep making excuses. I work for an a/c company here in Texas and work is brutal these days leaving me no energy to do anything but I know if I would work out I would have more energy. Ill figure it out :)
204.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week

you registered a loss and that you are following your woe 'reasonably well' so that is a plus for the day :-) I understand Mondays at work, seemed like I would have 5 of them in a row on some weeks :-) I am currently unemployed due to the covid situation & also just recently semi-retired but looking for a part time job. I also understand the concept of more working out = more energy, but just pushing myself to move is not easy at times. Yup we all figure it out eventually, take care and stay true to YOU :-)
