I guess I had a whoosh! I was this weight yesterday but didn't believe it so I didn't record it. But today it is holding! Ketone level went up slightly but so did my fasting blood sugar so I am in a low level of Ketosis.
Trying to break my diet coke habit. It's super hard. I try to drink it only at breakfast bc it's like my coffee.
For part of vacation, we decided to go near Cleveland to a racino to watch thoroughbred racing...with masks, of course! Not sure what we else we will do yet.
317.8 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 16.1 lb a week

I broke my DC habit by drinking Diet Pepsi, which i don’t like and don’t crave during my transition away from the Diet Coke. Now, i only have any soda when we go out to eat and i think we all know how that’s going. I did have one small one 8oz with that pizza last weekend. It was late, so they gave me a free soda. Crazy thing is, it’s been years and i still crave it from time to time and i rarely drink any bubbles.

That is such a great result. You are doing it right. Proud of you. I had to break my diet Coke habit because aspertame makes me hungry. But I love that stuff. I use bubbly water now... that helps

kicking a soda habit is the hardest! I'm 2 weeks clean...Dr Pepper was my habit

I guess “whoosh” is a FS thing? I’m assuming everyone is talking about the leptin response from higher CHO intake.

It took me about three months to kick my diet soda habit and just drink unsweetened sparkling water. There was a lot of complaining on my part but finally got to the point where I liked the sparkling water. Now I don’t like diet soda any longer.
