I just weighed myself. I am on my period and feeling bloated so I was mentally prepared to see a gain. But alas, It shows a pound less than yesterday. What?! I have a crappy scale so I had to do it a few times and move around and see if it were true :)

156.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
