Actually my weight is going down I think. Last week I was at 228. Yesterday was 4 days in a row of doing the two mile walk at home. I am trying. It is hard though.
226.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
