I have been on vacation eating every meal out since May 24th. Got back Monday June 10th and daughter had to rush my sister to hospital. She was having breathing problems. Linda stayed in the hospital till Thursday and I was eating vending machine food. Not healthy at all. Getting back on track this week.
169.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
