Day 2. Exercise is the key--to do that I need to get up at 4:30am, to do that I need to get to bed at 9:30p. I've done this before successfully. I can do it again.
156.4 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You're right! I've got to get back on a schedule so that I don't feel like I'm gonna fall asleep in the middle of day!! I like to get up by at least 5am... but I don't get to bed until 11pm or later... so I'll have to work on getting my snooze time in! Good luck and I KNOW you can do it again!!!
