Uh huh, oh yeah, I did, I did it!!! I lost two pounds. If I can be steady and lose two pounds a week I'll be so proud of myself. If I can keep this body of mine from hitting a wall before the end of this challenge I will be sooooooo happy!!!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
