Are you ok Lasagne? I dumped my man of almost 3 years last Friday and felt fully weird! It was the right thing to do though but I did still feel weird!

Yes I'm ok, thank you for asking. It was my decision, he wasn't great with my older children and they'll always come first. Just a bit harder as we have three boys aged 3, 21 month and 7 weeks, so I still have to have contact with him xx

You're a good mama putting your kids first!
Don't worry - you will be fine. It may well be challenging but don't feel too blue - you'll either not eat at all or eat too much! I know I ate nothing for a while when my 1st boyfriend dumped me! I was a skinny mini for a bit!
Then when I dumped my ex last Friday I ate cheese twists and was very naughty food wise!
But seriously though you know what's right for you - look after those beautiful kids!
