Wow!! Won't be this weight when I get back from the Hen weekend. I hope I can resist temptation with food. I know there will be drinking. But I will be sensible. I have to. Did a turbo session this morning before I ate. Almost packed. Just putting music onto Mike's Ipod because I am borrowing it. Should be heading off at around 1pm.
120.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
