Trying something different. Intermittent fasting. Having a very small lunch (usually) and then whatever for dinner. So far it is working for me, but its early yet. Hopefully maintain consistency to make a good habit.
228.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
