I guess I have one more week to go on this holiday challenge. I am not too disgusted with myself, though. I have truly watched myself during this Holiday period. And, things COULD be a LOT worse! So, maybe, if I get back on board during this week before the New Year, I can pull it back together. I have been a FS member for a year now (Jan '08), and I am 10 lbs down since then -- with diabetes and thyroid issues. So, I should be happy with myself, rather than down -- right???
