Really hoping I can get down to 215 by the end of the month! planning on continuing keto until I reach 200-190 and then switching to a vegetarian diet for the next 30 lbs. I'm really trying to fix my relationship with food and keto has made me realize that my previous diet was mostly carbs and WAAAY too many. I dont look at fast food as a reward anymore I look at it as a reset button for all the hard work I've done already! here is to keeping to it!!
227.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
