Day 4--doing well. Drinking the 4 glasses of water daily as my weekly goal. Will need to skip exercise 24th and 25th and will be exposed to lots of food-most of it out of my control. Happy to have started on Atkins before the Holiday though as I will be very aware. I can continue to drink the water-that is in my control; I can watch my wine intake as if I have more than one glass, my resistance plummets. That too is under my control.

Good for you on getting a head start on the program!! I intend on skipping the exercise on Christmas day... then Friday morning, I'll hit it bright and early!!! =)
