Looks like 12 miles walked over the weekend and 1.45 hours swimming made a difference. I wish I could do it every day. Unfortunately that means I did not do anything else I was supposed to do.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's really impressive! Thanks for your support when I was stupid crazy worried about my daughter. I skped with her today. She's feeling good enough to have bought a bicycle (it was a 25 minute walk to her school or take a taxi). I'm making a plan to plan to get back to the gym that's within a few minutes walk of my office. I wish that I liked to exercise, but it just seems like a chore. I do feel better afterwards, though.
