did well today. don't know how much salt was in the falafel which may make tomorrow less than great but that should be gone by Monday. I didn't have any more to eat after lunch. lot so tea this afternoon and 2 oz wine at night. just for the taste. tomorrow should be good.
206.6 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
