im very sure its the diarrhoea talking... i'll see in 3 days time... though i hope all the walking is helping to shed some grams
247.4 lb Lost so far: 138.5 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I really hope so. I've been walking atleast 4 times a week for the past 2 weeks. And i try to keep active in the hope that the scale will magically talk to me.🤭
